I believe we live in a great big world and the more we take time to explore it, the more we become accepting of other cultures and other ways of living and doing …
… but alas, I’ve traveled very little in the whole scheme of things. Originating from the West Coast, I’ve been up and down the I-5 corridor multiple times—Seattle to Portland, Eugene to Medford, Redding to San Francisco, Los Angeles to San Diego. And now that I live in the Midwest, I’ve been lucky to see a number of cities … BUT my favorite places to visit are always ones that involve beaches, oceans, and lots of freshly caught seafood. (And maybe a few pina coladas.) Open the “travel” button in the menu above to read more about my adventures in Hawaii (I’ve been to five islands), Florida, California, and even some fantastic water-centered places here, in the Midwest.

However, being that I edit my own work—and it’s next to impossible to properly edit your own work—I admit, occasionally there may be an error or two I miss. But doing so doesn’t make me an idiot so don’t be mean. Just smile, pat yourself on the back for finding an error and be glad you’re not the only one who makes mistakes sometimes … yes, even mermaids slip up every now and then. xoxox<small/>
